Ms. Sharma is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Capital Market and Corporate Secretarial matters. Having worked with Merchant Banking Companies during her professional journey, she has successfully executed various Capital Market Transactions like Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Rights Issues, Takeovers, Buy-Backs, Delisting, Preferential Issues, Listing of Securities, Revocation of Suspension in Trading of Securities etc. Apart from above, she has in-depth knowledge of Corporate Laws, Listing Regulations and SEBI Compliances.

She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate. As Vice President of Jawa Capital, she is spearheading the operations of the Merchant Banking Division.
