Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

(i) Researching organizations and individuals to establish rapport and arrange meetings to make new Clients.

(ii) Finding and developing new markets and improving sales through actual meetings and constant callings.

(iii) Attending/organising conferences, meetings, and industry events.

(iv) Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

(v) Handling of office administration and team.

We are looking for a suitable candidate for our Issue Management division. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience at a Merchant Banking division and must be well versed with the following areas: -

(i) Handling assignment related to IPO, FPO, Right Issues, Open offer, Equity Capital Market (ECM) and supervising the Execution team.

(ii) Should have sound knowledge of legal and procedural aspects of Capital Market, SEBI Rules and Regulations, Companies Act, Due Diligence and Processes & Practices of various Merchant Banking deals.

(iii) Ability to work independently on Merchant Banking transactions.

(iv) The candidate should be good at drafting and spoken English.

We are looking for a candidate for our Valuation division. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience from Valuation division in a Merchant Banking entity and must be well versed with the following areas: -

(i) Handling assignment related to Business valuation, valuation under FEMA, valuation under income tax, valuation of equity shares, ESOP valuation and other valuation services.

(ii) Should have sound knowledge of valuation as per internationally accepted methodologies.

(iii) Ability to work independently on valuation transactions.

A chartered Accountant/Company Secretary. A candidate having passed exam of registered valuation shall be preferred.
